DAVID A. CHRISTENSENDave has over twenty-five years experience in development and engineering management. Before joining R2, he was VP Engineering at Best Power Technology where he managed 75 professionals responsible for the development and support of high tech electronic equipment. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Cinch Connector Division, Associate Director at Source Engineering, Director of New Product Development and Business Manager of the keyboard business unit at Oak Switch Systems. Dave gained his initial experience as a Design Engineer and Group Leader with Motorola. He has completed course work toward his MBA at Northwestern University. Dave holds a BSEE from Purdue University.

RANDALL E. SMITHRandy has over twenty-five years of management and sales experience. From May 1989 until January 1997 he was consistently a top performer for Cayenne Software (a Cadre-Bachman company). In his last position with Cayenne, he was a Regional Manager. Prior to joining Cayenne, Randy was a Managing Director for Source Engineering, a leading technical recruiting firm. Prior experience includes sales management, production management, and six years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. Randy holds an MA in Management from Webster University, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
